Pin It Greetings and good wishes for your weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. I'm back again for another challenge with Our Creative Corner. This week, Holly Kean of Kean on Paper is our hostess and she has a fun Tic Tac Toe challenge for us.
If you want to play along, here are your choices - just choose three in a row, up, down or diagonally. I chose the bottom row - blue, ribbon and glitter. And once again, I had a wonderful time working with the yummy Pion Designs paper that I am now selling in my Zibbet boutique. My lovely blue paper is a sheet from the For Father paper pack. I am just loving these wonderful vintage inspired papers.
I followed the Mojo Monday sketch for the week and got to use my Tim Holtz On the Edge Doily Die. I used it to cut a piece of cardboard and painted it with Snow Cap Distress Crackle Paint. I cut a Almost Navy strip and embossed it with the Regal Flourishes Texture Fade. Then I gave it a couple of coats of Picket Fence Distress Stain and when dry sponged over it with Vintage Photo DI. I used the little notepaper die from PTI to cut a piece of the Pion Designs paper. Two Tim Holtz Decorative Strip dies were also used to cut the rosette (Mini Rosettes) and the tiny flourish (Festive Greenery). I stamped DREAM from the Tim Holtz Stuff to Say stamp set and clipped it and my tiny bow on with a Tim Holtz mini clip. My finisher was the bronze heart charm. I clipped off the ring at the top and applied Snow Cap Acrylic Paint Dabber to it to shabby it up a bit.
And the fun thing is that I am carrying all of these supplies and tools in my new Zibbet boutique and you can shop using the coupon code MARCH10 and receive a 10% discount just for trying out my Zibbet boutique during the month of March. 10% off my already low prices on Ranger products is a great bargain! And I am one of the few stores in the US carrying the awesome Swedish Pion Designs paper.
Now hurry over to Our Creative Corner and see how the other designers have used the elements from the Tic Tac Toe challenge in their samples this week. It's a great way to get your weekend mojo hoppin'. And thank you so much for stopping by today. I appreciate each and every comment left!

I love everything about this card Linda it has a great vintage feel, but more towards Shabby as was your intention.
Love your colours and the design also.
Smiles:)
Perfection! Love this beauty.
However lacking in flavor this card may be, I'm quite sure this is absolutely a YUMMY card! My gosh, Linda. Texture overload. I'm in heaven. I just love what you've created here and I wanna touch it all, or it eat, probably not eat it, but it's reference to the incredible eye candy you've designed here!
Standing ovation,
Lisa xx

Oooo....this is GORGEOUS! Love all the crackle paint!
This is beautiful, Linda. I love the colors and that doily die!
Oh my, Linda - BLUE inky goodness!! There are so many details on this card I love, but I one of my faves is how you used an "On the Edge" die as a major element and not as a border! I also love when you dry emboss little details to give texture and depth. Just AMAZING!! Big Hugs, Marcy XOXO
