Lines of Communication
Welcome back! I'm so happy you stopped by today. I have another card I made with the newly released Secretary Pool from Artistic Outpost. It's the same set I used to make the typewriter card. This time I used the wonderful old telephone image as the main image and combined with it with the alphabet stamp and the ledger from Ephemera Backgrounds for backgrounds. The alphabet was stamped on cork with Ranger Jet Black Archival ink and cut out with the Movers & Shapers Baroque die. The bottom panel and the horizontal strip were both stamped with images from the Ephemera Backgrounds set and sponged with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. The front panel was also embossed with the Regal Flourishes Texture Fade. The telegram was another stamp from Ephemera Backgrounds that was stuck into the cork. The two pretty brads are from Stampin' Up! The designer paper is digital from the Crafty Secrets Creating with Vintage Patterns CD. I thought the color livened up an otherwise monochromatic vintage card.
I'm not going to give you a step by step, but if you have questions, I'll be happy to share anything with you. Just leave your questions in the comments section or email me privately at thefunkiejunkie@gmail.com.
Thanks again for stopping by and for any comments you care to leave.
