Pretty in Pink

Hi friends, I'm back today to participate in Alison's challenge over at Our Creative Corner - Words, Words, Words.  We are to let words take center stage in our project.  This strong feminine quote by Audrey Hepburn is from Artistic Outpost's Quote and Quotables plate and I matched it up with the lovely pink papers from Maja Design's outrageously gorgeous Sofiero collection (LOVE those papes and you will definitely be seeing more of them!).

My sentiment was stamped on white card stock in Aged Mahogany distress ink and then I went over it, stamping the flourish stamp from the Serenity plate over it randomly using Spun Sugar DI.  The butterflies were cut with the Mini Butterflies M&S dies, the flowers from the Tattered Flowers decorative strip die and both were stamped with the Serenity flourish stamp with Spun Sugar and then overstamped with the ledger stamp from A Form of Art in Vintage Photo.  The edges were sponged with Aged Mahogany and then slightly spritzed so the ink bled and reacted.

The round bronze flower embellishment and the filigree corners are from the Boutique, as is the Venise lace and the Melissa Frances pearls.  Thumb links for all products used are below.
