For my last tag, I decided to make a little folded card type of tag. Starting with one of my favorite jumbo manila tags that I sell in the boutique, I bent both ends inward until they touched and once in the correct formation, using a bone folder, I made sharp creases. I really love this new Wendy Vecchi plaid stamp, especially for winter crafting. I stamped the front two panels with Festive Berries and the back panel was stamped with Evergreen Bough. Then the entire exterior was sponged with Vintage Photo.
For the interior, I applied Evergreen Bough ink through the Holly stencil, then added a very light touch of vintage text with Wendy Vecchi's new stamp. Then I splattered on a few dots of Gathered Twigs distress ink. The inside was then sponged with Vintage Photo and Festive Berries distress glitter was used to make the holly berries. I just dotted a bead of Glossy Accents where I wanted the holly berries and then shook on the Festive Berries glitter. At that point, I set it aside to dry over night. My sentiment panel was cut with an ancient Spellbinders label die and stamped with jet black archival ink. The sentiment is from Stamping' Up. I also applied the delicate holly stamp by Tim Holt. I don't even remember what set it is from because the stamp is a go to stamp that no longer resides in it's set. It sits in my go to bin on my desk all year 'round. The panel was cut from white CS and aged with Vintage Photo DI.
I tied it together with twine and added a couple of silver charms along with the tag on a silver tone loop pin.
