This week, I went with kraft and white as my theme. A jumbo manila tag was used as a base and covered with a layer of kraft CS. White embossing paste was used with the Tim Holtz Holiday Knit stencil. The new Treeline thinlits die was used to cut two layers of lacy trees which were dusted with Clear Rock Candy Distress Glitter. I wanted to included two of the tiny deer from the Idea-ology Decorative Deer set, but they were more of a cream color instead of stark white so I painted them with Snow Cap Mixative and nestled them between the treeline layers.
The sentiment from Mini Doodle Greetings was stamped with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. A die from the Thinlits Labels set was used to cut the sentiment panel, which was popped up using craft foam. The piece was finished off with a polymer clay "gingerbread" heart.
Now it's your turn. Can't wait to see what you are inspired by from this week's tag! Thank you to everyone who has played along so far. I love seeing everyone's fantastic entries.
