Hello! Thanks for stopping by. I have another tag to share that I made with the newly released Artistic Outpost Paperboy plate. I am totally loving this new release. I covered the base jumbo tag with a piece of acrylic packaging that I ran through the Bricked texture fade and applied Ginger alcohol ink on the back side of it. A piece of white card stock was embossed with the Subway texture face and then my Jet Black archival ink pad was rubbed across the high points. Next a smaller piece of white card stock was embossed with the Bricked texture fade and sponged with Vintage Photo. My little newsies were stamped on white CS, fussy cut out and sponged with Vintage Photo.
The Fly Around the World paper is the newspaper from Charles and Amelia, sponged with Vintage Photo and rolled up like a newspaper. The corners are from Tim Holtz and I painted them with the black patina paint from the Vintaj Retro Highway collection.
And there you have it, a simple tag with a New York newsboy feel.
Have a great weekend!
