Fall Fun

Hello, welcome to the September Artistic Outpost new release hop.  Today we are celebrating two brand new stamp plates from Artistic Outpost:  Hay Ride and Christmas Chalk.   Lots of autumn and Christmas crafting in store with these two fun new sets!  The Artistic Outpost designers have loads of inspiration for you today on our hop.  Here's the line up.  I hope you will take a few minutes to visit and grab some inspiration and maybe even leave them some love.

Gerrie *  Lisa * Suzanne * Tracy * Linda Alison * Terry Kate

I have a couple of pieces to share for this release. The one above was made with the Hay Ride plate, stamping with Jet Black archival.  The tag was cut with the Tim Holtz tag die and sponged heavily with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.   The designer paper is that lovely Maja Design Waling in the Forest, which is perhaps the most beautiful autumn paper collection I've ever seen.  The larger of the leaves was cut with the Tim Holtz Mini M&S Tattered Leaves die and the tin ones in the left corner were punched out with an old Creative Memories punch.  The leaves were stamped with the flourish stamp from the Serenity set in Coffee Archival ink.  They were sponged with fall colors of distress inks such as Rusty Hinge and Scattered Straw, then the edges were sponged with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  The burlap, dies, inks, buttons, etc. are all available at The Funkie Junkie Boutique.

And here is a sneak peak of a set of gift tags I made with the other set being released today - Christmas Chalk.  I'll be back later this week with the details on these.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope you are enjoying the hop.
