It's Tic Tac Toe at Frilly & Funkie

Hello friends, I'm back to share a card I made for Frilly and Funkie's challenge this week.  Our theme is Tic Tac Toe - Three in a Row.  Just pick three embellishments in a row from the grid - your row can be horizontal, diagonal or vertical.  I picked the top row:  metal, chipboard, lace.  Two of the leaves are chipboard and my lace is in the form of two types of doilies.

My distressed doily piece was made by gluing a piece of Terminology tissue wrap to a sheet of card stock.  The next step was to stamp leaves with clear embossing ink and applying clear EP.  Then I did an emboss resist sponging on it and die cut it with the Distressed Doily die.  The border doily is from my shop (as are most of the other products and embellishments).

The Mini Tattered Leaves dies were used to cut the leaves from felt and from chipboard.  The chipboard was embossed and then painted with Tarnished Brass Metallic Stain and sponged with Vintage Photo DI.  The tag was cut with an old Spellbinders die, stamped with a leaf flourish and painted with Tarnished Brass Metallic stain.  The sentiment is a Melissa Francis rub on.

It's Frilly week at Frilly and Funkie.  I hope you will stop by to see our other inspiration pieces.
