This week at Our Creative Corner, Anita Houston is our hostess and her challenge is Luck of the Irish. She wants to see a BINGO card and some green on your project - it does NOT have to have an SPD theme to it - I just couldn't help myself.
So here we go...my outer shell is kraft followed by a layer of Garden Green. The patterned paper is from the Lucky Me digital paper pack from Raspberry Roads. The BINGO card was a digital download from a site called Clearly Vintage. I've had it for several years, originally in orange. I used my PhotoShop Elements to switch the orange to green. The flourishes were cut with Tim Holtz On the Edge Scrollwork and the Movers and Shapers Mini Flourish dies. The cardboard was very thin corrugated cardboard. Then I went over it with two coats of Picket Fence Distress Stain and heat dryed it with my heat tool. I used a little Vintage Photo around the edges and then clear embossed with one coat of UTEE. When cool, I sponged over both with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. And if you really want the pits to show up on the UTEE, use Vintage Photo Distress Stain.
I made a little rolled flower out of vintage style crepe paper. I have some to sell in my store, but haven't had time to make up the packs yet. Promise - I'll get it listed soon. I added a sweet vintage button sent to me by Marcy Kaminski (thanks again for the yummies Marcy!). The green seam binding was left over from my Christmas kit.
