Hi friends, I know it's been awhile since I've posted. The summer is flying by and I've been trying to take some short vacations which really cramps my crafting time. But today I decided to play just because I wanted to. So I made this card, not for any challenge, but I just wanted to use some Wendy Vecchi stamps and also have been dying to get my hands back on my new Maja Design papers. These papers are from the Vintage Summer collection (part 1 in my store) which is sold at The Funkie Junkie Boutique. The flowers were made by stamping the Wendy Vecchi polka dot stamp onto white cardstock with Tumbled Glass DI. The cardstock was cut with the Tattered Pinecone die and sponged with both Antique Linen and Vintage Photo DI then shaped into flowers rather than pinecones. The two small flowers used one die cut and the larger one used two diecuts. The sentiment is also from a Wendy Vecchi set. The beautiful Venise heart applique was hand dyed by me as was the matching tri-bud appliqué. Both are available in the boutique.
You can find links to all the supplies I used below. Most of the supplies are available at my little store The Funkie Junkie Boutique. Hope you like the result of my playtime.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Linda, love the polka dot pine one flowers and the way they match to the label. The papers are so delicately vintage.
ReplyDeleteHope you are enjoying your breaks, I am in the Canary Islands and enjoying the very hot weather, so different to home lol.
