Good morning and welcome to the May release blog hop for Artistic outpost. Just in time for summer stamping, Artistic Outpost is happy to releaseKudzu Kafe, a Southern inspired collection that pays homage to the lazy days of summer. This collection was inspired by a vintage kudzu seed packet that Robyn picked up from a flea market. Planting kudzu seeds is kind of ironic, because kudzu is like the plague to many that live in the Southern part of the US. It grows in the fields, along most country roads, and covers EVERYTHING.
What a fun country feel this set has. I absolutely fell in love with the ticking stamp and you'll be seeing more of it in upcoming work. Here I used it for my background, the tickets and my flowers, all stamped in Faded Jeans Distress Ink.
Here is the list for the blog hop. Hope you will hop by all the designer's blogs to see what wonderful inspiration they have to share using the new Kudzu Kafe set.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
