Every Friday, the design team for Sugar Creek Hollow has a challenge. This week it is a sketch. You can play along too starting on Saturday. Each Saturday, a sketch challenge will be posted on the blog. You can get inspiration by hoping around the DT's blogs on Friday to see how we have interpreted the sketch. And don't forget about the Fabulous Friday Freebie. Be sure to pick it up on the Sugar Creek Hollow website every Friday. Here's the design team with a link to each of their blogs:

For my card this week, I chose the dogwood digi and paired it up with the scripture verse from Luke. The image was colored with Copics, cut out and popped out. The flower centers are Martha Stewart Micro Beads. I tried some fancy stitching on this. I always admire it on other's cards, but I find it very difficult to do. Mine came out a bit crooked. The paper is all SU except the gingham which is just generic scrapbooking paper from Jo-Ann's. I used an SU embossing folder and sponged the panel and all the edges with Creamy Caramel. The label is a Spellbinders die. I think I have covered all the recipe, but if you have questions, please feel free to ask.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Hope you have a wonderful Friday and a great start to your weekend.
